Quality of training and certifications need improvement.
Most often in the Indian scenrio we have very poor quality training being provided by the training institutions. Insititutes are poorly staffed with faculty who have little or no experience on the subject. The objective is more on churning out more students than the skills they have acquired. Such poor quality of training in any sphere of life effects us - the common man.
Here, in a simple case of the quality of chauffers, the article highlights the need for better quality training.
