Hi, I am B.Sc Degree holder currently employed for about a year now in an IT company and I want to get in marketing full time. I would like to some suggestions on how to proceed further to get into marketing, like any diploma or any other similar courses that can help me boost my career in the marketing field and the acceptable CAT and GMAT scores to get into reputable B.Schools and also, what these B.Schools normally look for in the profiles of their applicant.
