  • The problem here is 1) unless one experience the training session, one cannot evaluate the trainer. 2) need and evaluation criteria of a friend who suggest a trainer/training program may differ from one seeking a training program/trainer 3) A new trainer though untested can train better if he/she understand the audience (trainee) better. Hence I would say evaluating a trainer can be done only after experiencing a session by the trainer. And it is more to do with trainee's perception and trainer's deliverance. Regards, Jagadeesh S

  • Training is very subjective and there is no criteria to measure a trainers performance. Only thing that makes a good trainer is his/her Passion for training.
